Well, I look forward to the day when you DO have one! I wonder how hard it is to find orchids in Lebanon? I know Turkey has a wild orchid whose tubers are used to make ice cream. I want to have some of that ice cream one day.

Orchids are surprisingly more commonplace than I thought. But sometimes you have to look hard...

Do you use bagged tea or loose leaf? I finally got a tiny pot that lets me steep loose leaf oolong properly. It has a little lid you tilt in before pouring it off into a tiny cup. Makes great tea!
